Rhino 90 heating not kicking in

My Rhino 90 ducted heating packed it in yesterday. i checked the pilot and it was on, the internal honeywell control looked ok? the heating wasnt kicking in when setting the temp. I noticed many years ago that electric controller had been replaced and old component was left? i pressed the reset button... but didnt hold it down for a long period of time? are you able to repair the unit located in Narre Warren. Thanks
