Hi,
I have a Bonaire/Vulcan model 5310072 (serial no. 00376668) ducted heating unit in my roof.
The problem I am having is that the unit is cutting in and out every few minutes.
For example I have it set to 18 degrees on the control panel (current temp is 16) and it will never get to 18.
It will start and then work for 2 minutes, cut out for 10 seconds, and then start again. This process goes over and over again.
Also it does not feel as hot anymore from the ceiling vents during those short periods of operation.
My wall controller is a ‘Bonaire Summer Breeze’ Thermostat (part no. 5311635).
I have cleaned the return vent about 6 months ago, I must admit before that it was quite dusty.
So I am hoping you can give me a rough price (cash is good?) and come out sometime this week (as I am on holidays until Monday)
