The heating is in the roof and pretty old i think. The thermastat is broken and i have to turn it off in in the roof in the summer, as it keeps coming on itself. Plus its hard to be accurate with the control lever. Some rooms dont seem to get any heating and the hallway where the thermostat is, is always cold to freezing! But im not sure what to budget for this either so please enlighten me.
