Service Brivis ducted heater (controller says NC-6 but I'm unsure if that is the model numbner). Reattach about 1 - 2 metres of duct insulation which is hanging off. Heater is only a couple of years old. Fairly important that the tradesman is not big-bodied, as a shower has been installed beneath the manhole so limited room for a large man.
