We have gas ducted heating which switches on ok, but there is no heat coming through, the pilot light on the tank outside is working, and i am told the pilot light on the heating system in the loft may have gone out. i would like someone to come and have a look at it.
please do not refer this job to the plumber contacted by my wife catherine laine, through your service, as we made two appointments with him and he didn't turn up for either of them!
