Fan keeps switching on by itself, despite everything being switched off. Unable to switch it off using the monitor and can only switch it off by turning off the mains. Happens at random times on random days - no noticeable pattern. Have also tried switching the heater on but I can no longer hear the pilot switching on and no heat comes out even though the screen says "heat on". We have checked the pilot light and it is switched on.
