Rinnai Energysaver 556FTR gas heater is showing error 14 when you turn it on & while the fan still works it does not heat. We believe that error relates to the filter, we have cleaned both the filter, fan and have filled up the water tray 3/4 full. Still the same error when we switch it on and off.
