Our ducted heating isn't working - the system turns on blows cold air only. It has an old Honeywell thermostat which isn't working properly. We have changed batteries etc but it won't display properly or increase temp. I hope it just needs to be replaced!

Received a call within half an hour of posting this ad, and had arranged for Michael to come out and have a look at our heating. Unfortunately the news wasn't good and we needed a new heater - ours had blown, along with the thermostat - but he arranged for everything to be installed a few days later. Both Michael and his guys arrived early and were very friendly, helpful and polite. Our new heater is brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody else.
