I have a ceiling ducted Gasglow heater. I can light the pilot light and that works fine, but when I turn the thermastat on, nothing happens. It's like it doesn't ignite. The best way to describe it is that you don't get that 'voom' sound and therefore nothing happens and the heater doesn't turn on.
