I had my electrician attend to the heater and found that the fan has burnt out and requires it to be replaced but we are finding it very difficult to find a manufacture or anyone who stocks spare parts in melbourne or anyone who even services these heater. It's a red ember model 650 log fire heater. The heater works but needs to have also the fan working because eventually it will stop working because there is no fan to support it.
