Installation of Closed Combustion Wood Fire and Flue into a Partitioned area of a shed on Rural Property. Wood Fire and Flue is on Site. Installer will need to provide Flashing/Deck tight for Corrugated Roof penetration. Flue (5m) passes through Mezzanine Floor (Yellow Tongue only) and unlined Roof (insulated). Installation location already ensure Flue will miss any major structure, and meets Manufacturer clearances.
Installation approved by Palerang Council (LGA.2015.123) but installer must be approved (Licensed Solid Fuel Heater installer) before work starts (should only take a day). Installer must also certify installation (as required by council) after install.
