Stadt ducted heating - pilot lights gas but gas cuts out when fan starts

Stadt ducted heating unit (J - 120 EI - not sure how old) having start up problem. Pilot starts and ignites gas, but gas stops just as fan kicks in. Need to turn off control inside, push reset button (red light flashing) on outside machine & retry. After several repeats of above, will eventually get going and seems to work OK then next time unit is turned on, have the same start-up problems. Can't see what is causing gas to cut out.

Charged $140 but still haven\'t solved the start-up problem. Promised would come back for a total check up if the first visit didn\'t solve problem, but never returned our calls or come back! All he knew to do was to reset the heating. Very disappointed!!!
