Stadt p20 space heater, main burner goes off when fan operates

I have a stadt p20 (in ceiling) gas space heater that has the following fault: flame ignition works main burners operate (but tell-tale led on control board always remains off) . as soon as the main burner is on , the circulation fan starts (very little time delay, of the order of 3 seconds). with other heaters i know there is a time gap of several minutes before the circulation fan operates. as soon as the fan starts the main burner goes to off . fan continues to operate for another minute or so and then shuts down. the above process is automatically repeated around 3 times. and then everything stops. to go through the above process again, the unit requires a manual reset. it could be a flame detector fault, or perhaps too little time gap between main burner operating and circulation fan operating. the service address is frankston victoria please let me know approximately what the cost will be to repair. reply via e-mail thanx
