Most Sales staff end their comms with the customer once the advance $ have been paid and Customer is then left @ the mercy of the installations team. Thanks to Chris, he stayed in touch all through the installation to the very end. An excellent E2E service. Look forward to doing a repeat business. However - If I was left to alone to deal with the installation team Lead (another Chris but with Mega Attitude and Xtremely customer averse personality), I would have demanded for a Refund rightaway!
