We live in a two story townhouse. We have an LG ducted ceiling airconditioner upstairs which is working fine. Our downstairs Uni-Aire floor-ducted airconditioner has just started blowing room temperature air and the outside motor is making loud grinding noises on and off. It was an add-on system to our ducted Braemar heater.
