Urgently require our ducted heating system to be fixed. it is approx 16 years old. it has a honeywell thermostat but we are unsure what type of unit it is. it was working up until yesterday and we could smell a burning type of smell coming from the vents last night. it is freezing cold today and we have 2 young kids, we need this fixed urgently. thanks.
