I have a vulcan bonair - comfort control central heating system that needs servicing.

the heater comes on for a few seconds then switches off for long time, then it comes on again for a very short time and again switches off for very long time, so on so forth. it's more off than on. i go thru the re-setting process, but it doesn't make any difference, sometimes it comes on and at other times doesn't.
what should i do? please advise. if this is not the correct department to contact, could you please advise who i should contact.
