I have a 12 yr old Vulcan ducted heater on the roof of a 2 storey townhouse (flat roof, easy access with normal ladder via upstairs balcony). The unit works intermittently, sometimes needs to be reset by switching the mains power off and on. The unit has recently been cleaned but this did not help. Not sure if parts are available any more. Please indicate call out costs when responding.
