I have a vulcan ducted heating system. i am not sure of the model number, but the remote control unit is marked "comfort living/eco'.
system was working fine until thursday evening, when it would not turn on.
i tried changing the batteries in the remote, and doing a reset, but it did not resolve the issue.
when i try to turn the heating on, i can hear the external unit firing up, but after about 10 seconds it stops again.
