Vulcan gas central heating is not working. It is remote controlled - no slider control in the house. Even the fan does not turn on. The unit is plugged to mains power externally. When the mains switch is turned off then on again, the electricity fuse blows. Cannot find a location on the unit for a pilot light, believe it is a self-igniting pilot.
