Ducted gas heater installed in the roof of a 2 storey house. The control board mounted on the heater shows fault code 8 which is gas interruption. I have checked that no other gas appliance is being used at the same time, but heater still cuts in and out about every minute, with selected temp 10 degrees above room temp. Heater works but is very slow due to continual cutting in and out. Fault can be reset but next time heater is switched on, fault re-appears. Heater is a: 6 burner vulcan V3 tubular central heater, controled via a vulcan summer breeze digital controller.
