Vulcan Power House 120 does not heat

Our Vulcan Power House 120 turns on and the fan starts to blow but the heat does not come on. I have checked the unit in the roof and the safety cutout switch was off. I have pushed it on but it still does not heat. Also tried to power cycle the whole unit and still not heating. I have looked through the pilot window and there is no flame.
