Can I see the ratings and feedback that other consumers have put in about each business?
Yes you sure can!
When a business responds to your job request you are provided with a link to their online business profile. you'll get this in the email sent to you, as well as online when you're logged in (just click on the the link that says 'View profile').
This online profile contains a list of feedback we have received about that business and the ratings that each consumer gave them.
These comments are entered only by real customers with real jobs!
