There are 2 options for reminding customers
- Use your normal communication channels directly, by emailing, SMSing, calling or even faxing if you're so inclined! Try putting a note on the bottom of your quotes or invoices, or even asking them directly when you complete the job or quote the job.
- Use your Service Central portal to remind customers. You'll find this under 'Ratings received' when you log into your website. You'll only be able to use the system to remind your customer if they've added an email address to their profile and have not opted out of email communication. The customer will be sent an email with a link directly to your profile to post feedback.
Remember, you can gather comments on your web profile from all your customers, and get star ratings only from the customers that you've completed work for!
Remember that the higher your star rating is, the higher your business's web profile will appear in our Directory, so it's really important to get as much good feedback as possible.
