It means that you responded too late and another provider has accepted the lead before you. The customer has received the amount of quotes they originally requested.
To avoid this in the future, make sure you accept job leads as soon as you receive them from Service Central. You do not have to contact the consumer immediately, however the sooner you call the consumer the more likely you are of winning the work.
If the customer comes back to Service Central and requests another quote, we'll make sure you are first in line to be notified that the job has reopened, and have a couple hours to accept the job again before it is notified to other businesses.
