I've accepted a job but can't get hold of the customer!

We recommend that you try to contact the customer at least three times over three days. Remember to leave voicemails and a number where they can return your call easily.

If you aren't having success after three calls in three working days, we think it's likely that the customer is 'not contactable' and so we'd appreciate it if you could notify us that the quality of the referral needs improvement by applying for a rollback online. We'll investigate and try our best to make the connection between you and your customer. If we can't, we'll provide you with a credit for the referral credits that you originally paid.

 

All rollbacks must be applied for through your provider online account.

Rollbacks take up to 2 weeks to approve. If your application is approved your customer's details will be removed from your list and your account credited immediately.
