If you've just joined Service Central, here's a few places to start:
1. User Guide
For a detailed guide as to how to best use Service Central and maximise the value of your membership we recommend that you check out our online Provider Guide here www.servicecentral.com.au/help/provider-guide/get-started/
2. Log into our website now!
Log in using your username and password. You will be taken to your “Dashboard” where you will be able to do the following:
- Job opportunities: Access all job opportunities that you will be notified of, as well as access additional opportunities on the “Open Jobs board”
- Customers: All your job opportunities you will accept will be here. Your customers contact details and the description of the job will be here. You can also manage the work using notes.
- Jobs posted: If you have any jobs to post, or want to subcontract any items, you can post and track jobs here.
3. Create your web profile
Your web profile is essential to get started as soon as possible - upload photos, set up your contact privacy settings and sell yourself! Remember that your business profile will be publicly viewable from Day 1.
