The business that responded hasn't called me!
If businesses have accepted your job, but not called you, it's possible that your contact details are incorrect. Check them online, and if they are incorrect you can call the business directly by finding their contact details online. If your contact details are not wrong, and 24 hours have passed since they accepted your job, then you can remind the provider to contact you simply by:
- logging into your account at www.servicecentral.com.au,
- select 'view all posted jobs',
- click on the corresponding job,
- click the 'responses' tab then select the option that the provider has not contacted you,
- Now select the option to remind the company to call you.
In this area you can also click "view their Web Profile" and you will be able to view their contact details and follow them up directly. You can, at the same time request another quote and blacklist the providers you do not want to hear from
