Post your job: Tell us what you're looking for, and we'll find it for you!
Find information about your job: Read our library articles and Jobs blog to do more research!
Track your jobs: View the status of each job online.
Keep business's contact details handy: Each business that has ever responded to your job is recorded online, and you'll be able to contact them directly for future work.
View previous customers' feedback: You can view each business's online profile that will include an overal star rating and the detailed feedback from the business. This should help you make the best choice!
Ask for another quote: If you've received all the quotes you initially requested but still need another one, you can request another quote without relisting the job from scratch. The job will then be sent to everyone who didn't previously get a chance to bid for the work.
Cancel the job: If you no longer want the job done, cancel the job online. You can only do this while the job is still being advertised to businesses.
Stop looking: If you've given the job to someone and don't want any more quotes, you can tell us to stop looking for more businesses and you won't get any more calls.
Blacklist providers: Let us know which businesses you don't want to deal with, and we'll never send them another one of your jobs again.
Give your favourite providers a chance to reply first: Instead of phoning the trusty plumber who worked on your last job and being told they're too busy, mark them as a favourite and post your job again. If they're available for the work, they'll have first dibs on the job. If they're not, you'll still get responses and be able to hire another business.
