Small house plaque about the size of a car licence plate that needs cleaned. Hasn't been cleaned in eg 10 years. Its 2.7 meters off the ground and is on a corner. So if you propped ladders against wall, you would need to reach round the corner with your left arm to clean the plaque. The plaque is about 15CM from the corner so is easy reached (but its 2.7 meters off the ground)
