I have not used the fireplace in the 3.5 years i have lived in the apartment and would like the chimney swept before i use it. i am in a first floor apartment of a 2 storey apartment block (ie there are no other apartments above). i would ideally like the job done on a saturday morning as i do not work close to home. i don't know the value of chimney sweeping and am happy to revise my approximate budget if this is not realistic.
