Cleaning and re-Grouting of floor tiles

Over a year ago, there was newly laid floor tiles laid In the unit the entry, hall way, kitchen, laundry and bathroom had new titles laid sometime ago. these tiles were laided with a 5mm gap between them. the grouting has discoloured, cracked and is uneven through out the job. I would like someone to look at the grouting and see how much needs to be removed and then the new grouting put in its place. I understand its a dirty dusty job. I however aren't currently happy the way the grout has bubbles and looks uneven. happy to assist with job if needed.
