Cleaning of 2 B/Room Unit - A few big cleans at start and then fortnightly

Slightly complicated request, so apologies in advance.
Had someone housesitting for 8 months while I was away and the place is a disgrace, with the 'friend' nowhere to be found. I'm tackling one room at a time, removing the mouldy food and general rubbish etc, but am doing such long hours at the moment that the process is taking ages and its killing me!
Job 1: At this stage I need someone for quite a few hours to clean the kitchen (including oven - not ptetty) and the bathroom, which is honestly pretty bad too. Other than that just general dusting and sweeping the floorboards in the loungeroom and hall. All in all not the nicest of spring cleans.
Job 2: Over the next 1-2 months I am having the damages fixed, backyard done, bathroom renovated etc so there will be tradies and dirt through out. I will be wanting a lightish fortnightly clean, but with a bit of flexibility if there are tradies in all week etc.
Job 3: Once all the work is done, I will need a full spring clean of the whole house.
Job 4: I then want to settle into a regular fortnightly clean - oh and maybe some ironing of business shirts if anyone does that (hopefully??)
