Seeking quote for moving out/end of lease clean for house comprising 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 lounge, kitchen and small dining area, laundry.
Would expect following standard checklist to be completed:
• Thorough clean of kitchen including Clean range hood and filter, Clean cook top, oven and grill to remove all built up grease, clean exterior of oven and polish any external fittings, Clean drip pans, chrome rings and under stove top, Wipe down splashback, Clean all cupboards, shelves, drawers, doors, pantry and bench tops, Sinks and taps cleaned, Sweep and mop all flooring
• Bathroom / Laundry, Sinks and laundry trough thoroughly cleaned, Toilet bowl and seat cleaned, Clean shower screens, bath tub, and wall tiles thoroughly, All mirrors and fixtures cleaned and polished, Wipe inside of vanity cupboards and drawers inc. doors, Any dust is wiped and removed, Sweep and mop tiled flooring,
• Lounge & Bedrooms and common areas, All carpets vacuumed, All tiled, flooring swept and mopped, Remove smudges and dust from skirtings, doors and light switches, Window sills wiped down, All blinds dusted, All cupboard doors wiped down Remove cobwebs from ceilings, doors etc.
OPTIONAL quote - carpet steam cleaning for 3 bedrooms, small hallway and lounge room.
