We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom appt that we would like to have cleaned on a fortnightly basis.
The appt is 50sqm, 40sqm interior, 10sqm balcony. (mostly carpet inside)
We would like the following done:
Inside the Property
Cleaning/Dusting: skirting boards, pictures, lampshades, window sills, all furniture (i.e. bookshelves)
Vacuuming/mopping throughout. - Including rugs/mats
Kitchen, bathrooms and toilets disinfected.
Bedroom blinds dusted
Bedroom and balcony windows cleaned
Removing cobwebs
Empty Kitchen Bin
Outside the Property
Balcony vacuumed and mopped with a heavy duty floor cleaner to remove black soot/dust
2 seat outdoor table/chair set wiped down to remove black dust
Removing cobwebs
Empty Balcony Recycling Tubs
