House cleaning please, 2 bedroom home, regular work

Hi - just after a cleaner to clean my 2 bedroom, 1 study house please. i have polished floors throughout.
depending on cost i'm looking for someone to do a decent clean every three weeks, i will maintain in between. if the cost is good however i may increase to every two weeks.
things i would like done please:
- beating of the persian rug
- window sills
- venecian blinds
- vacuuming of the lounge
- dusting
- floors (vac and mop)
- bathroom & toilet
- all rooms (lounge, dining, kitch, 2x bedroom, study)
if you try to call today, i have uni from 12pm - 3pm so you won't be able to get hold of me :-)
