4 bedroom house, single level, 2 bathrooms,kitchen, eating area, dining/lounge family room, downstairs laundry hardwood floors throughout. Need a cleaner who is proficient in cleaning, uses own equipment, is reliable and is not afraid of work. I am extremely particular about how things are done and cleaned. I have a weekly schedule for cleaner to consult. Had same cleaners for 7 years but they have since retired. Cleaning once a week about 3 hrs. Only professional cleaners with exceptional references apply
