We're a tricky job; the roof is flat, there's currently foil insulation in there (a single sheet, I believe we are actually eligible for the rebate despite what it says below, because the r-rating of existing is v low), there's a space of about ten centimetres, but you can't get in there, there is access through hole for exhaust fan in bathroom where blown-in insulation could be installed into.
Would like to take advantage of govt rebate.
