3BR house, built in late 60s or early 70s, roofline is divided into two sections. Main section is corrugated iron over plasterboard ceiling, approx 100sqm, uninsulated. Rear section is cliplock style roofing strips over plasterboard ceiling, approx 50sqm, with some existing insulation in very poor state of repair probably original with house (unknown whether it covers whole area). I hope to take advantage of the rebate in full.
