I have a double storey house with 17sq on top floor. I have a rating 3.0 insulation in ceiling. The dwelling was build in 2001. I understand that I can take advantage of the rebate and increase the rating of my insullation from 3.0 to 3.5. If possible I would also like my 4 sq garage which is connected to the house insulated as it gets quite warm in summer and cold in winter.
