Empty block of land in Ascot Vale next to established house. We are about to remove top layer of soil and put in quality soil. We need an irrigation system for the lawn we are about to plant - before we plant it. In November we will need a second irrigation system installed which will be connected to mains water for the 150 square metres of garden (total block is 550 square metres = 400m of lawn and 150m of garden).
