We have a large sprinkler system installed which has a number of sections that do not work or work but don’t seem to be controlled by the system. It is a Hunter system, Im not sure of the model, and was installed maybe 5 years ago. There are no plans or paperwork describing the layout and zones/stations and a large number of sprinkler outlets are buried, broken or non-existent. Im looking for someone to come and do an audit of the system and advise and/or carry out repairs.
The system would also require a new section to be installed along an avenue of elm trees that the Owners Corporation is responsible for maintaining, including watering. Im lead to believe that there is already a system in place but can find no evidence of its existance. I would need someone to design a system for this area as the area will soon be renovated including the removal of dead trees and deadwood, fertilisation and mulching and planting of new trees.
