Hi, I am after some electrical additions to a newly built property in Airport West, I take expected/hopeful ownership of the property in a couple of weeks, week ending 17th November or 24th... I am wanting to get some quotes in early as I have the intentions of getting this electrical work completed within the first week of moving in. Unfortunately at this time I am unable to take anyone through the property for a quote, however I have drawings of the property which can be emailed on request, it details where I am wanting extra points. The total works include GPO x1 TV points x2 Power points x3 Ethernet ports Cat 6 cable plus points x4 (Cat 6 cable will be provided as well as cat 6 face plates and rj45 heads) If requested the drawings, I have made it easier as all existing points are in blue pen, additional works are in red. The works: -Outside I would be looking at getting a GPO, Ethernet Port and TV point - Meals area, Power point, TV point and Ethernet Port -Kitchen area, on the long kitchen bench a power point on the face of the cupboard, power should be available right next to it as the dishwasher is located there -Bedroom 2 and 3, running Ethernet port to each room -Ens for Main Bedroom a single power point IF it can be located on the wall for the future installation of a heated towel rack (if the location is legally allowed). All the Ethernet cable from Bed 2, 3, Meals area and outside can be fed to the garage where the NBN box is located ( I will leave it to you how you would like to manage this, Cat 6 cable will be provided as well as some of the Cat 6 components). Please note this is a single storey property about 13 – 14squares Once estimated/as accurate as possible quotes received, I will be decide and make further contact.
