The newly installed double carport needs to have overhead lighting and fitted with an outside double power point. It is also required for 2 floodlights to be fitted to the carport to illuminate the garden. It would be beneficial if these could be controlled via a remote from the house. The shed and carport are in close proximity to each other approx 1 m. A further requirement is for wiring of a few metres to a roller gate which is near the carport. Power is available about 1 metre from the shed via an underground line from the house switchboard. This was used to supply power to the old shed that was replaced by the new shed.

The roof needs some maintenance, especially in the join between the top of the wall and roof metal sheets. We also had a leak at ground level in the two rear corners that we are also looking at resolving..... aggie drain is the possible solution however they may be a structural fix as well?

This is to service two residences with a long shared drive way, the gates will be situated down at the road end of the drive way, the gates and infill fences will be at 90 degrees to existing fences on either side. For privacy we require the gates to be solid, so a cladded colourbond style gate will suit and will be coloured to blend in with the houses at the front road, Surfmist with a Windspray trim or something similar.
