I am looking for quotes to install an Actron Ultima ESP reverse cycle ducted air conditioner. I will purchase the appliance, but I will require installation assistance. Our house is a brick double storey house, with 4 outlets upstairs, and 8 outlets downstairs, although we will need 2 new outlets installed downstairs (total 14 outlets). We will require the system to be zoned (minimum 4 zones, 8 if possible). There is an existing gas central heating system with a 10 inch supply upstairs - and we will need to re-use this supply. This supplies 3 of the vents upstairs and we would be willing to remove 1 vent to ensure the system retained enough air flow for the other 2 vents. The other vent for upstairs utilises a separate duct to upstairs, which we will reuse, regardless of how efficient it is. The unit will be installed under the floor of the bottom floor - where there is excellent access and floor space. Currently we are looking for an estimated installation cost before proceeding to full quotes.

I estimate around 100 meters of skirting to be installed. To help you quote I do have a floor plan and you will see that I have 4 areas that have curved walls as per the art deco style of the house. I plan to buy MDF 140 mm by 18 mm bullnose boards (which come in 5.4-meter lengths), so that I can paint them prior to install, so I will buy roughly 110 meters of boarding for good measure.
