My internal walls are rendered brick, and there are numerous imperfections at the floor level, so any new skirting board will need to hide this and provide a clean, consistent finish to meet the new vinyl plank flooring. I'd prefer a wood skirting board, however if this is not possible an adhesive flexible PVC skirting board similar to the old one would be ok, too. I would need this work completed ASAP.
