The work would involve turning off the mains, laying new pipes, less than a metre in length. Cutting the existing and connecting onto the newly installed pipes. New pipes will connect to a hot and cold lugs that need fitted onto a piece of wood for strength. Then put on a dual output point on each of the lugs, one to the sink and an isolator to the washer. I have purchased push connectors, pipe and lugs already. So lay new, connect old pipes to new, fit lugs and isolators ready for connection onto taps and washing machine.
