We are completely refitting the bathroom and kitchen joinery so new taps and drainage would need to be connected up. The shower and bath fittings are wall-mounted and have a diverter built in, that will need some rearrangement. At this point we are also considering moving/replacing the hot water system, and also considering replacing the toilet suite. Currently we are removing all the fittings we do not wish to keep.
