Supply and install of storage cage in basement car park area. 3 floor to roof walls including a gate. measuring approximately 230cm (h) x 250cm (w) x 75cm (d). the idea is to replicate existing storage cages in the car park using cyclone/chain-link fencing they appear to use 60-70mm diameter thick steel poles for the four outer vertical poles and approximately 50mm thick diameter poles for the two vertical poles on either side of the gate and the base/top horizontal poles. the width from either edge of the cage to the gate is approximately 70-72cm across. the gate measurement is 97cm wide, 209cm high. there are six brackets fixing the vertical poles to the concrete floor, brackets fixing the vertical/horizontal poles together, 4 caps on top of each outer vertical pole and two brackets fixing the vertical poles closest to the back wall to the wall. example photos of existing storage cages can be provided. Possibility of neighbour also requiring storage cage in car park next to ours.

I have recently purchased a gas cooktop, electric oven and rangehood which i would like to get installed and the old one removed and taken away. gas cooktop - the existing gas cooktop is 610 by 480 and the new one that needs to be installed is 620 by 490 hence there is bit of adjustment to the bechtop required. flexible gas pipe may be required. rangehood: the current rangehood is circulates the air internally. the new one that will be installed will require a bit of cabinet work and ducting to the roof. hence cabinet work is required as the new rangehood will need to be fitted into the cabinet and then installed. cleanliness is of primary importance if anyone is wanting to quote for this job - will not tolerate any mess that is left behind. electric oven: it is a straight forward replcaement job except 15 amps plug will be required to be installed and couple of metres of cable will be needed to take it to the electric meter, basically will need to run a cable to the elctric meter which is also in the kitchen.
