The room dimension is roughly, Bathroom 2.40 by 2.40 and the Laundry 2.40 by 2.60 I am hoping to get some quotes for cabinets in the laundry (one side will hide the washer/dryer and basin in a cupboard, and the other side will a bench with draws). I would also like an estimate on a vanity in the bathroom. Due to the ceiling being laden plaster, suggest removal of all and replastering with current plasterboard. Reconstruction of laundry cabinet including exhaust fan. Removal of all damaged wall plaster, in adjacent room and repair as required.
